Starting with less than 12 London taxis, Blueline has grown, and years later is now operating with over 50 taxis.

Today, the Blue Line brand is one of the most recognizable brands in the Durham region. With technology growing by the day, we work endlessly to provide as many viable booking options to customers as possible currently including but not limited to, Free App booking, Text message booking, AI enabled Facebook Messenger booking, Online booking, IVR (Intelligence voice Relay) and traditional calling. We additionally provide paperless options for corporate accounts whereby they can operate on Online Portals, which include apps, allowing for better management of expenses, tracking and permissions. Paper taxi chits which are hardcoded with accounts (similar to a company cheque) are also available. For gifts, taxi coupons can be obtained as well.

All Blueline Taxis currently operate with state-of-the-art dispatching via telecommunications data, linked to each car. The vehicles are equipped with a powerful on-board tablet that is enabled with a GPS system, and passenger screen display.
